He’s not a real stallion he’s an empty husk created by Hasbro because they decided they had to have the stereotypical rocker dude for their protagonist to fall in love with, and in classic MLP fashion the male character they created is about as bland and boring as a cardboard box, in fact calling him a character at all is laughable. The fact that there are people in the fandom who actually support this garbage ship just goes to show how starved certain parts of the fandom is for the main character to be shipped canonically with someone, and it’s sad that the only thing they can latch onto is a bland nothingburger like him.
Of course, I don’t blame the character I blame Hasbro; they could’ve given him an actual personality but whatever little personality he barely manages to have, is all stereotypical popular rocker boy in high school, his character goes no further than that and it’s really depressing.
