Fun fact: I totally had an idea for a fic that (okay here it goes) Rainbow Dash needs a mandatory amount of military service to qualify for the Wonderbolts so enlists on an easy year long tour as a recruit.
 
However tensions rise against the griffons and she’s part of a squad that’s sent to fight some skirmishes.
