i think you may have missed part of the meaning here… that and you seem to be very harsh…

So, to start with, there were:  
-Three non-characters (Flufflepuff, Snowdrop and Button’s mom)  
-One badly written character (Nyx)  
-One inconsistently written, but kind of okay character (Littlepip)
 
Really not a good selection, but OK. I guess that’s one more victory for FoE.

Not to mention she explicitly fails when she fails to follow those rules (the water talisman and cannibal city being two obvious occurrences)  
although I found it a bit odd she didn’t ‘fail’ in a very obvious fashion for taking out Autumn. (You had to think about it a bit. The unicorn prisoners wouldn’t have died if she had him ride shotgun and keep the enclave from firing upon them.)

But she’s Littlepip, so it’s okay. Also, considering the story follows the theme of the series, I think it’s okay. The whole point of Fallout: Equestria is what happens when friendship is left behind and it’s only through friendship that the world starts to recover.

But Pip is a relatively grimdark and NSFW character, at least by the canon show’s standards. It’s rather odd to see her on the list if the poll is really aiming only for the most family friendly OCs.

Yes, I realize that most bronies don’t think there should be a family-friendly brony site, but Sethisto generally keeps things more-or-less SFW. It’s not like there’s a shortage of other sites to go to if that bothers you.

but I love FiM bc it gives me the hope, that maybe one day the world will be a healthy and happy place (maybe not during my lifetime, maybe never, it’s just hope after all not a prophecy) and that it would be great that every problem of the world could be solved with kindness and abnegation.

I friggin love FiW and I’m not ashame to say it, dark, twisted stuff, mean characters just like in Ren & Stimpy, show me that people out there know the world is sick and sad, and that the “I’m going to my happy place” is never the best option in real life and won’t help you to solve your problems.

I may have seen snidbits. Honestly, I like both….They are pretty much the same characterization, it’s just that Snowblind lives in the bucked up FIW universe. So…I do actually feel more sorry for her.
 
I still love Snowdrop though and I despised the very idea of an FIW take on it, but Snowblind {I feel like punching the person who came up with that name} like Sweetie Bot, was the only saving grace…
 
Why is FIW so popular again? Dark, twisted stuff; uninteresting mean spirited characters; and no {besides Snowblind and Sweetie Bot’s stuff} funny jokes.
