I’m bored, found this, so have a translation :)
First panel (right to left) This is Ponyville. It is a very fun town where ponies live.

(purple lace text) Twilight Sparkle
(Blue horizontal text) The extremely popular worldwide animation becomes a manga!

Twilight: I am Twilight Sparkle. I’ll introduce you to my best friends.

(bottom right panel) That pony there is Pinkie Pie. That candy looks delicious!

Pinkie: This? Its chocolate. (pink lace) Pinkie Pie

last panel: Pinkie: Ah no! I’m not giving it to you yet!

…. Pinkie’s being selfish :P
