You see the reason why she’s pregnant, is cause they’re both an item together, and they have a daughter, at least in Kyle’s story, that is! ^^; I just felt like doing this in a way Kyle’s story interpreted!

No, cause this is only the START of their relationship with each other! In the Pony World, yes, they’re married and have a daughter, but in the human world though, they’re only an item together cause they only just started their relationship, much like how in Kyle’s story, when their relationship first started in the Pony World! I was only just trying to follow the story a bit! ^^;
