Acidicore, you better be trolling. Twilight screws up majorly in multiple episodes and gets reprimanded. The S2 finale had her hitting rock bottom by going guns blazing without any solid evidence to back up her correct assumptions.
 
In S1E10 she led the town to destruction through not listening to Pinkie’s solution to the Parasprites, and after Celestia leaves, she has the task of working out how to rebuild the town.
 
In Winter Wrap Up, she tries to use magic to clear the fields, it backfires and sets everypony behind schedule, and AJ tore into her about it.
 
She broke her promise to Spike in S1E20 and blurted out his secret feelings for Rarity. Pinkie was disappointed, and Spike was upset about it (he did forgive her quickly, though).
 
And what the hell has AJ taking a bite out of the cake in the original concept of S2E24 got to do with Twilight? Twilight’s role in that episode was to show Pinkie the more scientific and rational way of solving a mystery. If she did any sort of wrongdoing, then she wouldn’t have helped Pinkie solve the mystery as that would’ve put her in trouble.

They all seem to want, but Rainbow Dash takes it to the stalker level look. Also, anyone annoyed how Twilight never gets blamed for fucking anything up? Hell, in the original design of the episode, applejack was also supposed to of taken a bite out of the cake. Twilight has only two flaws, she’s OCD about getting things done and is a bit anti-social. If she does screw something up, it’s minor and rarely happens across the series.
