True, but it’s not like the writers treat the other characters much better.  
S2 had Dash being a huge cunt most of the time, and AJ had the spotlight taken from her in her own episode by a background pony. Rarity is becoming more dramatic as the seasons go on.

Some consistent fucking characterization would make Fluttershy best pony. She has the occasional glimmer of true brilliance, only for it to be absolutely meaningless by the next time she has an episode.
 
If the premise of Fluttershy’s next episode, whenever that is, is “learning to be assertive and confident” I’m not fucking watching it, because I can probably quote it word-for-word.
