Don’t knock on until you try it. Sliced fried banana(that’s actually fried in oil) is frequently used as a side dish for (what we call)Maxx-style fried chicken meals.

The pure thought of fried banana in any way is unpleasant.
Banans get softer the more you heat them, and the dehydrating heat of an air fryer means it’s going bake melted banana goo all over the insides.
