That tends to be par for the course for English translations of Mauroz’s comics, sadly. Translation starts off okay but falls apart a little way through, becoming almost unreadable by the end.
 
If I was better at Spanish, I’d just redo the translation myself. As it is, I can sort of read the original (it’s not particularly advanced language), but not really any more than that.
