Bollywood celebs extended festive greetings to their fans on the occasion of Maharashtrian New Year, Gudi Padwa. While Shraddha Kapoor reminisced sweet memories from her childhood, Mrunal Thakur turned Marathi mulgi by wearing a traditional nath.
On the auspicious occasion of Gudi Padwa, Shraddha Kapoor recalled her cherished memories of the festival from her childhood. She said, “Ever since I was a kid, Gudi Padwa has been a part of my life. I have the fondest memories of celebrating the day with my grandparents. We would have til gul (sesame and jaggery laddoos), and I would look forward to being fed lots of food by my grandparents." Her sincere words reflected her strong bond with tradition and the joy of family gatherings.

Mrunal, on the other hand, shared beautiful photos from her Gudi Padwa celebrations. In a beautiful yellow salwar suit set, the actor wrote in Marathi, “May the New Year begin in a special way, May our Gudi be adorned with happiness and prosperity, These are the heartfelt wishes I hold today. Meanwhile, both actors have a packed film line-up. Shraddha Kapoor was last seen in the blockbuster project, Stree 2. She revealed that she has signed three films, the details of which are yet to be announced. “2-3 filmein maine confirm ki hain. Lekin officially abhi tak announce nahi ki hai," she told AajTak.
As for Mrunal Thakur, the actor was last seen in The Family Star and Kalki 2898 AD in 2024. Next, she has an array of films in the pipeline. It includes Son Of Sardaar 2, Pooja Meri Jaan, Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai, Tum Ho Toh and Dacoit: A Love Story with Adivi Sesh.
