Rumor mill is Sunset and Flash have been written out of the movie (Military School for both for unknown reasons) and Spike…Spike is a freaking dog. The main question is going to be is this Twilight mane series Twilight or is it Humanverse Twilight? If it’s the latter, how did she become their friends and would also kill Spike being anything but a dog. Or it’s going to say YAY to the previous movie and act like it never happened.

So where’s Sunset, Flash, and Spike the dog all rock glam style? I mean Flash is already a guitar player, there has to be a reason for Sunset’s redemption, and I just want to see rockstar Dog Spike for my own amusement.

The Hasbro basis is to acquire a stake in the older female demographic that follows ponies (9-12 range and at most 13-18). Most have moved away from colorful equines and go towards more human oriented characters. Currently the top money earner in this department is Mattel with Monster High being the go to. The artwork and dolls have a feel along those lines. Though the differences in animation and dolls is much more drastic between EqG versus MH

These are so horrifyingly gaudy that a sort of grandeur has crept into them. At the very least, they’re not holding anything back.
