Granted, it seems most Green Lanterns have a pretty shitty sense of creativity. “Limited only by the wielder’s creativity” as a Lantern beats a man with a glowing, green folding chair. The shortcomings become glaring when you make such a broad statement.
But Rarity has more creativity. It’s not just how much power you can force out of the ring, it’s what you can do with it.
