Why is Wonder Woman dancing with ponies?

Wait a second, I saw this episode. It’s the one where all the fairy tales escape some pocket dimension and they get dance lesson from some woman from 1001 nights.
 
The ending was actually really clever because they were all scared of a dragon and the dragon turns out not to be a bad guy at all, but actually really upset because nobody likes him for his appearance!
 
G1 has a bunch of good episodes like that, the moral is good but the writing and execution just needed some work to make it look less cheesy.
