I am working on some new lore for changelings that I use in “Flurry Heart’s Story”. We all know Queen Chrysalis and the rest of the changeling drones, but now there are more with variety in body types and abilities. I introduce to you, changeling spies, elites, and brutes. You have already seen one elite: General Scutellum.
Spies and Brutes are new ones I came up with that help to form “combined” changelings which I’ll show off art for soon too.
I’ll have 4 individual pages that describe the four main changeling types. I don’t think one is needed for Chrysalis since she’s the only queen, but one must wonder…are there other changeling queens out there?

Author here. They actually grow like that based on genetics. The only exception is the “elite.” They start out as drones and evolve into an elite once they have stolen enough love and basked in it, thus becoming super-powerful and almost as powerful as Chrysalis in her base form. It’s hard to do, so elites are rare.
