Carrying guilt around like that isn’t healthy, but you’ve got to own up to it if you’re going to change anything. If you’ve hurt others though, it is something that needs to be addressed. You can’t run away from that.
Hmm…interesting. Perhaps they’re taking this tumblr in a more complex direction. Maybe observing how Celly molests everypony because of some deep-down emotional issues, such as feeling unworthy of her mother.
Also, Fausticorn as Celestia & Luna’s mother has been my headcanon ever since Lauren drew her.
I’m still not 100% who should serve as their father. A Craig McCracken pony would be the obvious choice, but a Renzetti pony makes slightly more sense.

It happens to nearly all artists (at least the ones that have creative freedom, as JJ does). However, the very next comic kinda takes a metaphorical crap on Cerebus, fortunately.
