I think someone said it had to do with the intentions behind the picture as well, depending on which artist drew it.

Like Fillyscoots; the tumblr itself may not be fetishistic, but given the other art they draw, it was probably drawn for fetish reasons.

I don’t exactly agree with it, but hey, I’m not a mod.

Why are pics automatically tagged as diaper fetish just because the ponies wearing them aren’t foals? The OC is incontinent, Scootaloo is as well, and the other two are showing moral support for Scootaloo. There is nothing fetishistic about this picture.
