Well, my OC caught the MissingNo Pokemon in the Lovand town and says how cute he is, and since if you meet this Pokemon, the graphics in the game turn into a mess of pixels, the sprites fall apart, all sorts of inexplicable things happen, and another buggy Pokemon Venus sits in the shadow (according to the sign of the mirror of Venus ) and this pokemon is surrounded by absolute darkness and he is also the largest pokemon in principle, but since he is glitchy, he climbed into the passage into the tower of the lovand town

would that be an explanation?

Ok but what’s happening in the image? I can see someone, presumably missingno saying “how cute”, but there appears to be some manner of draconic pokemon or something, and I can’t tell what they’re doing.

That’s really my issue here, is that I can’t tell what’s happening in the image.

the location was chosen because it is inhabited by a ghost that shares a sprite with one of the missingno varieties

I figured it was missingno, but I don’t know what the red thing is, I don’t think the location is relevant, and I’m still confused as to what’s happening
