Honestly, I’d probably scream like a school girl, at first. Then I’d probably rush her inside.

Well with the way the weather has been in Minnesota, a cold day would still be below freezing, even in early May.  
So I guess I’d scare the living daylights out of her when I immediately snatch her up and plop her down by the space heater.

Bring her inside

Take a knee, raise the pitch of my voice just a little (it’s deep and oh, so sexy), smile gently and say “Hello. Are you alright?”

Take her to the garage, and teach her how to run the lawnmower.

It’s lucky she popped out before I called the bomb squad to detonate the suspicious package.

Suffer a severe heart attack do to pure joy/adorableness.  
Thankfully she is a medical type so she would probably know cpr.
 
Of course after I regain conciousness and realise the heavenly (but clean) dream I had was fluttershy performing th kiss of life on me I would probably suffer a second attack.
 
Then assuming I survive I would offer her reffuge in my home though I will also request she share my bed if that I okay with her.

Welcome her inside and ask her when I should expect Celestia/Luna/Twilight to be there to pick her up (to take her back to the Equestrian dimension).

Politely request informations about who posted her.  
Remember that she’s probably starving.  
Buy some food and feed her.  
Ask again.  
Tell her to make herself comfortable.  
Go hide all the violent videogames and unsuitable reading material.  
Be a good host.

Take her out, put her on the couch and then spend hours sneaking around in the box like Snake.

I’d give her some hay

Pick her up, bring her inside, and asking what’s she doing here before cuddling her incessantly.
