hey guys, I’m sorry for being silent for so long. I’ve been doing alright, and I still plan to continue. the weather’s been pretty bad lately and I usually like to go outside to plan panels, and I havent exactly been able to do that.
I also find myself constantly sleeping during the day but I’m trying to fix my sleep schedule. thank you for being here and supporting me. I’ll try to get back as soon as I can.
May I just say you have a beautiful art style! It’s simple, but still really expressive, especially the faces! The limited colour palette also helps convey the mood a lot.
Even if this series is over (completely understandable btw, burnout and mental health can suck), it along with Anorexic sunny were both wonderful stories!
I’m sure the artist just needs time, possibly. I totally understand racing into a project and then realizing there wasn’t as much steam for the idea. The update we got in the show might’ve also burned out the creative spark of possibilities.
If they no longer want to work on this series then that’s the wish. It was a great ride and great inspiration.
The artist specifically wanted to be anonymous in regards to these series. But I can assure they’ve been active.
Looking back, it’s still incredible the artist kept making this as long as they did, and trying as hard as possible to continue. Hope they’re doing alright, they really did push themselves, especially with how emotionally charged Anorexic Sunny must’ve been. I’m still checking this tag every day hoping they continue this project, or start something new, but it’s okay if they don’t.
Loved what they made regardless, and a huge thank you to them for making it. ♥
