Oh my. By far, out of all G5 characters, Opaline seems to have the largest amount of nicknames. I’ve even tried to categorize all of her nicknames I’ve seen or heard (both in textual and audible form):
Queen Eyesore, Queen of Cringe, Eggplant (due to her appearance)
Rita Repulsa (comparison to the Power Rangers villain)
Opadolf, Benito Opalini (for her worldview)
Opabitch (for obvious reasons)
Ovaltine, Auntie Polly (!)
And, of course, her most iconic, most memetic nickname ever:
EVILBUTT
So, in total, it’s 10 (TEN) nicknames.

It’s kind of weird that they didn’t ask who is that. Not only that, it’s been many times that Opaline can be interacted such as being pulled in and even smell Misty when she was stinky. Normally Opaline could not be touched when she’s only a projected image, once she turn her head and sees the Mane 5, OH SH*T!

Remember that Twilight Sparkle was the butt of the joke when some fans decided to make fun of her fur color by comparing it to the color of an eggplant?

Well, it’s Opaline’s turn to be the butt of that eggplant joke now because her fur color is a darker purple color than Twilight’s which makes Opaline’s fur color perfectly match the eggplant’s purple color.

Yes, that eggplant joke has been going around Derpibooru for years.

Type in ‘Twilight Sparkle, Eggplant’ in Derpibooru’s search engine and you’ll see for yourself.

One fan already noticed that Opaline’s fur color is the same as the eggplant’s and made a comic to make fun of it.

There’s only one ‘Opaline, Eggplant’ joke with that comic for now but it’s funny. You should read it.

It’s also painting a target on her back. Eggplant won’t just fade away and when she does gather enough power to attack the first one will be the one that rejected her.
