This one shower scene in a earlier Dexter’s Lab episode.  
And in Foster’s Home for imaginary friends, one camping episode featured Madame Foster herself, and in another it was joked about hilariously.  
Huh… Craig McKracken had quite a bit of nudity in his cartoons.

It hardly counts as nudity… it’s not like they would animate her anus and vulva. I don’t even honestly think that this would even be Spike’s reaction, as a horse’s coat doesn’t cover up anything anyways. I think that it works better as everyone being surprised that she’s suddenly pink and squishy, rather than her being “nude”.

I thought about this being an idea for an Season 4 episode but, then again there’s nudity in this pic and I’ve never seen nudity in a kids show.
