In reality the hospital and the gravedigger are actually in cahoots with one another,that’s why the hired the CMC. “Lose” patients gain profit. The Gravedigger gets payed by the…govenrment…Mayor Mare? and in turn he pays the hospital to keep giving him more…“work”.
