I never really got that kind of experiences with arcades, so I can’t miss something I didn’t have to begin with. Sorry.

It was still a good experience to go to the “Arcade’s”, it was a good reason to go to a Shopping Center: more fun, you saw friends and played crazy games. There was a lot of human contact, not as dependent on remote connection as now, although yes, you play with (and against) the rest of the planet.
I wish I had known that where they took care of me as a child (and that it was “Final Fight”). A pity that they have become tough with the Copyright, with luck you can download some rom (assuming that they did not close the links).
