Ok, let’s tie some things together. 1) That’s almost certainly Rachel. 2) Rachel seems to be something of a shut-in (par for the course in this universe). 3) We’ve never seen Lawrence’s sister, but there were strong allusions to her taking their parent’s deaths very hard. 4) Rachel is in a relatively ‘nerdy’ sort of work that requires being very good with numbers and also being fairly social.

Current conclusion: Rachel is from a fairly nerdy family (again, par for the course) and is Lawrence’s sister, with the strong possibility that she was studying to be an accountant (possibly even getting a degree and/or qualifying to be a CPA) but crashed and burned emotionally and the teller job is all she’s done since the death of their parents. :( Fortunately, our Princess of She-nerds is helping her out of her shell. :)
