Well the comics did answer Chrysalis’s origins if I recall. She was born from poisonous plants in a swamp. That said, there are some decent fan comics with good origin stories for Tirek, Cozy, and how Chrysalis turned evil. Said comic is called: Fix. And I recommend giving it a look some time. There’s also a good fan origin story for Discord, Celestia and Luna in the webcomic Birth of Equestria.

I know. That’s why I just stated the picture is depicting a What-If. The comics often diverge and have completely separate continuities, and I just said how they are different.
We’re already on the same page from the beginning XD.
What I’m saying is this picture is a What-if mix of the two continuities, where Sombra’s story was known, Radiant Hope was there, but Sombra was still destroyed under somewhat different circumstances where apparently Hope maybe couldn’t get through to Sombra’s gentle mind in time, or he faded away after a while, but regardless of the scenario, Sombra didn’t make it, which was inevitably due to Princess Amore’s negligence from long ago.
I agree with you on Sombra, Radiant Hope and the final 3 villains completely. What was Tirek’s origin, his old tyranny, his relationship with his brother, did his downfall mirror G1 in anyway as Tirek was basically the biggest G1 veteran villain.
What was Cozy’s story, and why did they assume she was so evil she had to be sent to Tarturus. People often get rewarded for being evil in MLP, so what’s with her getting the underworld-adjacent prison?
And not only do we want to find where Chrysalis came from, but what twisted her emotion so that she rejected friendship at every turn. All questions never answered.

I agree that’s a fair point. However it’s been proven that the continuities of the comics and cartoon are not connected. So Radiant Hope likely doesn’t exist in the main continuity. And since comic Sombra was saved, you can’t have a pony that doesn’t exist being mad at Twilight. If anything, it’s a greater injustice that the cartoon skipped Sombra’s backstory all together. And that also prevented Radiant from existing in the series. I find it rather sad that in the end he wasn’t reformed. Nor was Cozy, Chrysalis, or Tirek.

From what I can tell from the creator, its a what if story where Radiant Hope and Sombra’s backstory exists, as Sombra had no origin in the show, but he still is killed.
Radiant Hope confronting Twilight about this would sting not only because they killed him, but Radiant Hope doesn’t give a flip if Twilight was made a princess since her destiny was to become the Princess of Healing, but she defied destiny cause it left Sombra to suffer.
Radiant Dawn’s sense of right and the princesses’ decision making is the exact antithesis of Twilight.
