I don’t think he is that evil. Cosmos is a monster. She would burn the whole village to the ground.

Man, Discord was not just evil, he’s cruel. Maybe that’s what draws Cosmos to love him. Suddenly, after meeting her, he either finds her domineering at worst and so got rid of her to continue his evil antics by then creating a war between the other nations. Or apparently has “limits” he wouldn’t go above since this is okay with him.

The comic shows 3 scenes in a row, first one is a pirate finding the mirror, next panel is her skeleton at the bottom of the ocean. 2nd scene is a diver finding the mirror at the bottom of the ocean, next panel shows a shark opening its jaws around the diver.
While not literally a skeleton, the art doesnt show her coming out of the hypnosis, nor appearing up form the water, since the next scene shows the next pony who finds it. The pony here doesnt come up from the water despite it being the same scene.
All 3 scenes either explicitly confirm or heavily imply they all died

Hmm. The tags assert that the mirror somehow hypnotized this pink mare to drown herself on purpose. Is that what’s really happening here?

The comics was launched back when the original plan was for the show to end at season 3. The comics were never for kids, they were for teens and adults with the money buy in beyond toys.

Wait what? I thought this comic releases tomorrow. I don’t recall this in the preview
