I remember one time I had fun with my sister - she’d throw stones in a river and I’d try to capture the resulting splash and ripple simultaneously.

Which leads me to a quick elaboration on Sunny’s blading: Turn on Manual (often called Pro) mode and crank up that shutter speed. And ensure there’s good lighting. Time your capture press a half second after your subject enters view. It’ll take some time, but you’ll eventually align it.
