If it were Pinkie, could she, for example, make infinitely many clones of herself in her stomach acid? Would being inside of Starlight grant her the ability to use her kidney stones as magical talismans?

depending on who the giant pony is, she would probably be happy and playing around in their mouth.
I don’t know what analytical means, but I guess cutea can do the seltzer thing. She can defy logic sometimes like pinkie pie, just not as often as her.
I don’t mean to be overly analytical, but climbing back up may not be that possible if the esophagus was designed to prevent that from happening. Though if she has been in these kinds of situations before, perhaps she has some Alka-Seltzer in her pocket to force a scenario like that, assuming she can hold her breath long enough.
Cutea can always climb back up. Or can make limestone build up enough gas to burp her back out.
So what would happen if Cutea were swallowed? It doesn’t seem as though she is on this end of a vore scenario very often.
I think limestone is more focused on gulping rather than gagging atm. >w>
