Still catching up with all those drawings I never got around to upload, because I wasn’t posting as frequent when these were drawn.
The comparison between Gilda and Revy has been made several times, as they’re both voiced by Maryke Hendrikse, but I don’t think we’ve seen that much fanart combining the two of them. Lets get a little more of that out there, shall we?
Foreshortening can be a lot of fun, especially when you’ve got a character holding guns in a badass manner. Also wings, wings are fun to draw.

When I went to Everfree Northwest (As well as it being my first convention ever) for the first time, I had picked up the OVA of Black Lagoon just before arriving to the venue and when the day came… I had her autograph the Blu-Ray cover.
I loved it!
Then in EFNW 2017 just saying in the crowd on my question ended with saying, “I love you as Revy!”

Maryke’s portrayal of Revy was an absolute treasure. It’s such a shame that the manga author basically went AFK for several years and so the anime didn’t have new content to continue with.
