It seems that there’s enough trouble with the very staff/animators putting their OC’s in an episode,trying to put fans OC’ would be too much of a hassle.
I suppose is different.She’s staff,Mando is not.He and Sibs may be an item,but he’s still a fan.Plus,I remember she said is a bit of a process to get Hasbro’s approval for new characters,so she said it’s not worth the trouble.

Brony musician made some brony music. Fairly popular. Got to work with show staff and did some songs with Applebloom’s VA. 4chan accused him of being a pedo for no reason. He didn’t like it. Cue drama.
At some point he started dating Sibsy? Cue more drama. blah blah blah 4chan, pasta references, some memes, and then I’m sure someone slipped some greentext somewhere.
He’s a brony musician and Sibsy’s friend. Got some neat songs.
