In the far back between all of the stalls I see what looks like littlepip wearing a black cloak.

Found the easter eggs. For the lazy:
Twilight: Above the Littlepip and BJ plushie stall and below the unicorn with the camera. In her Ministry Mane figurine form.
Applejack: Next to the orange pony in the background stall in the middle. MM figurine form
Rainbow Dash: Easiest. To the left of the Poison Joke flower pot on the far left side.
Rarity: Slightly hidden by the tent between the brown pegasus and the kirin.
Pinkie: Far right. On the shelf behind Ghoul Derpy on the right.
Fluttershy: To the left of Rarity on a barrel. Between the gray stallion and brown pegasus.
Discord: Only paws and hooves mainly visible. On the top part of the shelf Pinkie is. Behind Ghoul Derpy.
