To answer what she sees in him, at least in the official g4 canon as I see them personally as in a romantic relationship. Whether one sees them romantically or completely platonic what I’m going say still applies. She likes his creatively, humor, and knows that despite his flaws that he is trying to be better she understands that and therefore cares for him despite his mistakes. She also likes his MASSIVE😏 personality , he’s very off the wall chaotic.

At the end of the day They said they are not confirming or denying the ship while you bother and think everything you want and how canon it actually is not. Jim already made it very clear. they have left an open interpretation. you are the one who doesnt change the writers current intentions of what they have already made clear and what jim has said. their mind is made up and that explains why they changed in the end while you bother, as it says in wikipedia

They originally had in mind to add that on the show but Hasbro changed his mind, they had that scrapped so that fans don’t get mad at each other. I mean, they changed the script into friendship between fluttercord.. The writers and everyone who worked on the show clearly accepted what Jim said, left the fans an ‘‘open interpretation’’. That is why they didn’t agree with you, nor did they give you “likes”. They just got annoyed and angry with it. Hate jim and deny everything you want, think is obvious so that it actually isn’t. But their mind is made up.
