Exactly. No one in life is born evil. And if they are, they’re extremely few and far between.

And this is why her character in Season 9 suffered alot. The writers never bothered to give her reasons for why she was acting like this or what drove her into villainy to begin with? The fact that it took a fanfic like this to give us ACTUAL REASONING for why she turned evil shows how little of shits to give that the writers bothered to put on Cozy.

Ever heard the old saying “Evil isn’t born, it’s made”? Well, we can certainly apply it here.

Indeed. I’m not sure what Pinkie can bring to the table in terms of talking to Chrysalis, but I guess we’ll find out.

No one really reached out to Cozy like this in the show. She may not have budged after School Raze, but after her defeat in the finale, knowing what true defeat, humility, and suffering feels like really changed her. Now’s the time to help her.
 
It doesn’t make sense for them to suddenly want to help her. If they were okay with that, why would they change their mind? But here they are anyway, and she isn’t pushing back, because she doesn’t know how to respond to true kindness reaching out to her in such a vulnerable state.
 
No more walls, or acts, or pretend. The true colors come out of everyone here.

Sad to think of all the problems that could have been avoided had they just treated Cozy like this in the first place. Can’t wait for the next part!
