Spike gets himself into a predicament.
I’m getting more used to painting now, which is exciting. Learning more things each time I try. I liked how the body painting worked out with Twilight, mostly, and I had fun adding some fuzziness wherever possible. Looking back I could definitely do it in a few more spots too to really sell the effect. Spike’s sketch could have probably been more tight, but overall it works. The dimpling on his “hair” scales is just a brush in Krita. I think Twilight’s hair is the best I’ve done so far, but it could probably use some more shiny-ness. I didn’t want to mess it up though, so I left it darker. The little static-y sparks on her horn are also a brush, which I thought was a fun way to show she’s really angry (do other ponies than Tempest Shadow get all sparky when they’re mad?).
