Make sure to run updates via KK Manager so all the mods are up to date. Some of the cards need mods that may not be installed when you run the game fresh new.

You gotta use a Better Repack version (which contains all the patches and mods already applied). You can find it on the link bellow:

Please note this is technically abandonware now as the developer (Illusion) shut down. So technically no piracy on this, although the community has done a great job supporting the game.

Some or most of the cards have no irises when I load them in Chara studio. How do I fix this?
Also the character cards I downloaded with their default settings had their hair pieces floating. I managed to fix it for some but at that point they look nothing like the characters anymore. Especially for Redheart.

I updated all my sidemods via KKManager recently, and I have HF Patch v.3.3
I tried downloading BetterRepack a few weeks ago but it broke every scene I had in CharaStudio so I had to get rid of it. Is that necessary? If not, what patches and mods do you recommend getting?

Some of the hairstyles I got from this pack are broken. The accessories that make up the front of Sunset’s hair, and the red bit of RD’s hair are stretched and strewn about all over the place. Anyone know how to fix it?
Here’s the mess I get when I load up Sunset’s card for reference: https://i.imgur.com/bmYJbF0.png
(Also some of the models like AJ and Celestia have their upper eye-lines set to ‘None’ for some reason but that’s an easy enough fix.)
Oh also I forgot to mention there’s weird drills sticking out of Sci-Twi’s kinda oversized hair bun in her After School outfit. https://i.imgur.com/vFJvcco.png

I’m having weird issues with the Sunset Shimmer card.
 
For some reason all her front hair is posed wrong. she is the only character that seem to have this problem as far as I can tell.
