Pinkamena Diane Pie, also known as Pinkie Pie, was a bakery chef and waitress in the local restaurant ‘Sugar Cube Corner’. When the Equestria-Zebra war started, she, alongside every other members of the element of harmony, was appointed to be a director of a ministry. During her time working as a ministry mare, drug abuse and the cruelty she has to face both domestically and on the frontline resurfaced her childhood trauma. She still works for the good of Equestria - only with a more ‘hand on’ approach.
In game, Pinkamena is a berserker character, who loses health when she did not deal damage in a turn, but restores health when she did deal damage.

The problem is that I couldn’t find a copy of the game in English, so it is incredibly hard to introduce a non-Chinese speaker into the game, to the point that I wouldn’t bother.
As for this card, the ability goes like this:
Sugar addiction - Passive, at the end of a turn, if you have dealt damage this turn, restore 1 health; otherwise, deal 1 damage to yourself
Massacre - Whenever you suffer damage (including from yourself), you can make a free attack towards a character within your attack range
