Meet Bee Balm, the son of Busy Bee and Bellflower Blurb! While he is the first child in the family, Bee Balm is the middle sibling. He is particular about things, and very organized, but is also willing to turn everything into complete chaos to redo it again. He’s especially fond of redecorating his room, re-alphabetizing his mini library, and visiting shops to just enjoy the smell of dusty books. His talent, which deals with his love of old texts, is bookbinding! He loves assembling books for friends, new writers, or to make journals to give as gifts to others. In his spare time, he finds mistreated tomes and makes them like new again, using beeswax from his mother’s apiaries to rebind books together.
 
Meet Tropical Treat, the child of Busy Bee and Bellflower Blurb! Treat was the second foal to join the couple, but is the youngest of the three kids! Having been fostered by Busy Bee and Bellflower as a newborn, Tropical Treat bonded to them immediately and treats them if they were her biological parents, even before they officially adopted her. She is a clingy little bat baby, usually trying to glue herself to her mothers’ chests (which was much easier when she was smaller). If all else fails, she sneaks into either one of her sibling’s rooms at night and cuddles into them. Tropical Treat is also a rowdy foal, usually wanting to rough-house if she isn’t sticking to someone’s side. Sometimes she needs to be reminded to calm down a bit or to use gentle hooves, and she always does her best, until she forgets or becomes excited.
 
Meet Wanderleaf, the daughter of Busy Bee and Bellflower Blurb! Having been in the foster system since childhood, Wanderleaf bounced from home to home with no real hopes of being adoption after reaching her teens. And when she became pregnant after a romance with fellow teen foster kid, Wander didn’t expect anyone to be interested in taking her in. Fortunately, Busy Bee and Bellflower had heard about Wanderleaf from fellow foster parents and decided to take her in. She seemed to fit right in with the family, becoming the older sister that Tropical Treat or Bee Balm didn’t know they needed. She spends most of her time outside, enjoying the lovely weather in Canterlot. Her talent lies in painting, but always seems to pull in her love of nature. Wander loves painting on anything from the outdoors, like leaves or loose bark. Now in the final trimester of her pregnancy, Wander is anxious for the birth of her baby, and Tropical Treat is very excited to be an aunt just as much as their parents are to be grandmares.
