First two purple ponies are Prince Baltic and Princess Pomerania - Symbol of Gdansk (Ttrójmiasto).

And the yellow alicorn is Sawa - Symbol of Warsaw.

But what about the last three mares, I don’t know many about them, but maybe they’re the symbol of another Polish city?
