I’ve had Twi on the brain a lot lately. As tends to happen, this art piece has a bit of a personal meaning for me - it’s probably not what you think.
 
Thank you, duop-qoub, for creating the most perfect, beautiful creature that could ever possibly hope to exist. You inspired me to get back into drawing after not doing anything since roughly 2018. Thanks for drawing some pretty great art (which I definitely referenced for this piece), too!
 
Thank you to Barhandar and byte[] for critiquing my millions of changes and evolutions to this piece, and thanks to Chicory for giving me about 20 red lines of the thing. I couldn’t have done it without any of you. I’m still not 100% happy with this piece, not by a long shot - but I’ve been working on it for about a week, and I’m not going to learn to be a better artist by spending a month on the same relatively simple piece.
 
Here’s hoping I’ll make another before the next 3 years pass. Constructive criticism welcome in the comments.
