Wrong tool. That is meant for disk-detainer cores. The locks on Tavi appear to be your average padlock, probably the pony equivalent of a crappy Master lock, which use wafer-tumbler cores, and are notoriously easy to pick open, which is why it appears Vinyl is probably trying to rake it open. Though looking at the keys Tavi is holding, those would be more likely for a level-lock style lock, and totally the wrong design for what she’s wearing.
