I would take reformed.
Transformed it a complete different Char, even Luna has not change so much from NMM.
Best look is still the Mirror Universe Version.

Yeah I get that. I’ve seen some people say they should’ve made them more like pharynx in coloration, that way they don’t look like they’re starving to death and they aren’t a multicolored ocular assault

Just have no holes in them and maybe sparkly wings and that’s it.
Having them be so colorful is.. a problem.

They new form does at least make some sense though. In their old forms they looked withered and sickly, especially with the holes in their legs and wings.

And until the skittle bug crap happened, he stayed like that with just the sparkling wings.  
Its like they were originally going to go “changelings who is sharing love would just have sparkling wings” and then decided mid-way in the finale to go “nah, skittlebugs because they can’t look vicious anymore due to darkness is always evil lol”.

Them eyes on the transformed part actually make her look more like a villain

That’s a very common misconception, Thorax was reformed long before sharing love in the Season 6 finale.

Except that from what we’ve seen, accepting friendship automatically triggers the transformation. Otherwise, you have an allegedly reformed changeling who still parasitically drains love without sharing it (not a very friendly thing to do). That kind of sounds logically impossible.

I, personally, picture a transformed changeling queen white, as visualized here, but retaining the green color as well. And, based on my own theory about the origin of changelings, such a creature wouldn’t have a shell to protect the wings.
 
But, for all I know, I could be wrong, and changelings could have originated from ladybugs.

While the transformed state is kinda cute, its also a good bit creepy due to her eyes. I still find myself partial to her Black and Green Form. Still all and all a cute image
