Maybe it’s the bright colors, but it reminds me more of a parrot/Macaw/bird of paradise than a raptor.

Kinda like the look myself, but it is admittedly very different then standard. Almost feels like this should be a bat-pony-esque off-shoot of off ‘normal’ pegasi. But based on birds-of-prey rather then bats, of course. Could really see some neat worldbuilding being done here on why these guys had to resort to dive-bomb & disembowel style hunting to stay fed for so long it lead to freakin’ evolutionary splits.
 
I like stuff that just scrapes up against both gaudy and overdetailed like Warhammer 40 K and Darksiders, though, so the above might be damning with faint praise.

I like a nice, feathery pegasus, but the cheek plumage and raptor talons feel a bit much.
