Petrification is clearly not death so she’s alive, and sex with a living, has-not-consented pony… no. Absolutely not.
I grant that those of us who enjoy a series about an underage-pony brothel have very little moral ground to stand on, but “unable to consent, and indeed the presumption is that she does not like it” is on that ground.
