Octavia sat alone at the cafes table. Nothing of noteworthy going on that day. Honestly, it was a day she’d be okay with being by herself. That was until a blue (unicorn/girl) took a seat besides her.  
Sonata: hi  
Octavia: um… hi  
Sonata: oh, sorry. Didn’t mean to be rude. Just looked like you could use some company.  
Octavia considered sending the girl away, but decided, to give her a chance and they exchanged names.  
Sonata: “lovely day, don’t you think?” Just then, favorite song starts to play, and caught one another singing along, and smiling at the realization that it was both their favorites. Then, a waiter came by, and placed Octavia’s ice cream soda she ordered on the table, and noticed it had two straws. The server commented on their date, which Octavia protested to a blush. However, she decided, not to fight it, when Sonata started to make bubbles with her straw. Which under different circumstances, may have grossed her out, but today, made her smile, and even joined along….
