Well, I'm not one of the "more educated members", but I can say, when my back was out, like ya said, and she did the work, maybe sex helped work out the knots of my muscles, tightening and flexing, sometimes had the same effect as a chiropractor.

I have no real medical knowledge so this is really just an opinion. Depending on the type of injury, doing calisthenics would probably help too, if you were willing to put up with a little pain. The difference between sex and calisthenics is you don't notice (or you're willing to put up with) the pain caused by sex, but not by calisthenics. A certain amount of exercise is probably good for many injuries. Some kinds of exercising is just a lot more fun than others. Plus a sensitive partner would probably take exceptional care in seeing that you get everything you "need".

 

I mean i could see it helping with minor injuries because of the release of oxytocin, endorphins, and the opening of blood vessels allowing the reoxygenating of blood. I could see for sprains and muscles pulls, even spasms.
