Okay.
I’m not American so I’m not going to sue anyone. But I think we’re in a gray area here: the image is an SVG, but it was made by tracing a screencap. I honestly don’t know how these should be tagged. I’m going to ask advice elsewhere before I do any further tag edits.
I don’t know how to properly make a vector. Sue me.
I’m puzzled. This has all the signs of a screencap with a removed background: jagged outline edges (Fluttershy’s hair) that no vector artist would add (the line edges would be clean and straight), odd color “rings” around some parts (look at Twilight’s hand, for example), etc. yet it is an SVG. I’m wondering if this was created by tracing a screencap. There are small white edges where two differently-colored areas meet and tracing can produce those. Also, everything is “smooth” and blurry. No vector artist would draw like this. I can’t prove it, but I can’t shake the feeling off either.
(And why is there so much empty white areas around the image? Why is it so small?)
