Dunno if this is the same thing but,my idea is that once a Brony’s soul reaches the Heavens,it reincarnates as a pony and gets to live in Equestria.  
Otherwise, if the Brony’s soul belonged to a bad person, this one will go straight to the Tartarus and after its “purification”, it’ll eventually reincarnate into a creature from the Everfree Forest or the likes
