That is actually very true. Applejack very rarely makes funny faces in this show surprisingly.

They don’t really do it anymore then FIM did, if you ask me. (And frankly, the silly faces are partially what got me into FIM to begin with.)

I definitely have to agree. Maybe because the unlike the mane6 the background ponies arent making crazy over the top expressions constantly.
