When i found out my dad was cheating on my mother, the next morning, my grandfather had passed away. You can imagine the emotional distress I was in. having to pretend to be ok at the funeral. screaming inbetween sobs in the shower because it was the only place i could cry unfiltered. It is okay not to be okay. It is a lesson I learned, though it may have been incredibly hard, its a lesson I value.
