Malaika Arora Spills The Beans On Son Arhaan’s Dance Skills: 'Thank God He Got My Genes'

Malaika Arora is currently seen judging the dancing reality show Hip Hop India 2 alongside renowned choreographer Remo D’Souza. Hosted by Manisha Rani, the show premieres on the OTT platform Amazon MX Player. Known for her exceptional dancing skills and iconic item numbers like Chaiyya Chaiyya, Munni Badnaam Hui and Anarkali Disco Chali, the diva, during an interview, revealed that her son, Arhaan Khan, has inherited her dancing genes and often challenges her to dance-offs at home.
In a candid conversation with ETimesTV, the Housefull actress shared that her son loves her song Munni Badnam Hui from Salman Khan’s Dabangg. She said, “I think he enjoys ‘Munni Badnaam Hui,’ Otherwise, he’ll practice some dancing moves and then show me. Then he will say, ‘Come on, Mom, let’s do this together.’"

Adding to this, Malaika shared that her son is her biggest critic and often reviews her dance moves. “He will make fun of me for the entire day. He’ll be like, ‘Please, you can’t dance like that,’" she said, laughingly.
Talking about Arhaan’s dancing skills, the proud mom called him “superb." She stated, “He’s fab when he dances. He’s superb. Thank God he’s got my dancing genes in him. He dances very well."

Recently, the diva ventured into the restaurant business as she opened Scarlett House in Bandra, in collaboration with her son. It combines vintage elegance with modern grandeur, situated in a 90-year-old Portuguese mansion.
The actress also talked about her equation with Remo on the sets of Hip Hop India and admitted that if there were ever a dance-off between her and the director-choreographer, he would undoubtedly win. She praised Remo for his exceptional memory, saying he remembers all the steps effortlessly, giving him an edge in any dance battle.
Talking about Arhaan, the Starkid also has a YouTube channel by the name Dumb Biryani. Recently, his uncle and superstar Salman Khan appeared on the podcast which garnered significant attention on social media. Apart from him, other renowned celebs like Malaika, Sohail Khan, Arbaaz Khan, Orry and Neeraj Goyat have appeared on the podcast show.
